Donor Privacy Policy

• Confidentiality of Information
• Cabrini Partnership respects the privacy of donors and safeguards the confidentiality of information that the donor would reasonably expect to be private. Information learned by any representative of Cabrini Partnership about a donor or a donor’s assets or philanthropic intentions shall be held in strict confidence by the staff, volunteers and the board.
• Donors may be acknowledged and published in various Cabrini Partnership publications and campaign materials. Donors may request to remain anonymous in these publications by indicating their wishes on gift/pledge cards or by informing the staff. Requests to remain anonymous will be honored.
• Cabrini Partnership does not sell, rent or exchange its mailing lists of donors, prospective donors, friends, etc. Requests from donors, potential donors or friends who ask to have their names removed from mailing lists or to restrict appeals will be honored.
• Information about donors, the amount of their gifts and other information that should be private will not be made public.


• Discontinuing Contact upon Request
• Cabrini Partnership will discontinue contacting any person upon that person’s oral or written request to the organization, the staff or other agent.
• Cabrini Partnership will maintain a record of all requests by persons who indicate that they do not wish to be contacted.
• Upon such a request, the person’s name and address will be promptly removed from the database or modified to insure that no further contact is made with the person.
